# Registration, business creation, and team invitations

> How to register on Mindo, create your company, and invite collaborators to your team

Below is the process to start using Mindo Software, create your company, and integrate your team.

## Step 1: Register your Mindo account

    To get started, go to [app.mindosoftware.com/register](https://app.mindosoftware.com/register).

  <Step title="Enter your details">
    Enter your email address and create a password.

    <Note>
      You also have the option to sign in using Google.
    </Note>

  <Step title="Confirm your password">
    Make sure both passwords match.
  </Step>

## Step 2: Create a company or business

After registering, the next step is to set up your company:

    Assign a name to the company.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Website">
    Enter the company's website address (for example, `mindosoftware.com`).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Category and industry">
    Select the industry category (for example, B2B).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Company size">
    Indicate the size (for example, a micro-enterprise).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Challenges">
    Answer the question about your main challenges (for example, message overload).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Access">
    Once you complete the information, your company will be created.
  </Step>

<Note>
  Once inside, you'll be able to see a list of all businesses your user has access to. You can access **multiple companies and businesses** from this section. You can also create a **new company** for another client if needed.

## Step 3: Invite collaborators to your company

To have other collaborators join your company in Mindo Software:

    Once inside the company, go to **Settings**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Select Team">
    Go to the **Team** section.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Go to Invitations">
    Click on **Invitations**. In this section, you can see pending invitations.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Invite member">
    Select the **Invite member** option.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Invitee details">
    Enter the email address of the member to invite.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Assign permission">
    Grant the desired permission (for example, **administrator**).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Send invitation">
    Send the invitation.
  </Step>

## Step 4: Accepting the invitation

The invited user will receive an email to join the company:

    The invitee will receive an email indicating they've been invited to join the company and their assigned role.

  <Step title="Accept the invitation">
    The invitee must click the button to **accept the invitation**.

    <Warning>
      The invitation is valid for **7 days**. After that time, a new one must be sent.
    </Warning>
  </Step>

  <Step title="Sign in">
    The invitee must sign in with their account (or create one if they don't have one) to complete the acceptance.
  </Step>

## Step 5: Team verification

Once the invited member has accepted the invitation:

1. The invitee can access the new company.
2. If they go to **Settings** and then **Team**, they'll see both members: the original creator and the member who was invited and accepted the invitation.
