When you start using Mindo, you’ll find an introductory interview that asks for information about your ecommerce. The answers you provide allow the AI agent to better understand your business and deliver more personalized customer service through WhatsApp.

The more detailed and organized your answers are, the better the AI agent will perform when assisting your customers.

Steps to complete the introductory interview

Click 'Complete'

On the dashboard you’ll see a card called “Complete form”. Click the Complete button to start the introductory interview.

Answer the questions

A chat interface will open where the system asks you questions about your business. Depending on the question, you can:
  • Choose one of the predefined options that appear as buttons.
  • Type your answer as free text in the message field.

Use the action buttons

During the introductory interview you have three available buttons:
  • Skip: skips the current question and moves to the next one.
  • Draft: saves your current progress so you can continue later.
  • Send (up arrow icon): sends what you typed in the text field.

Complete all questions

It’s important to answer all questions until the introductory interview is finished. The more information the AI agent has about your business, the better it will be able to assist your customers.
