Steps to add the card

Go to Meta Business Suite
Open your browser and go to business.facebook.com. Log in with the Facebook or Meta account that has access to your business.

Navigate to WhatsApp accounts
Once inside Meta Business Suite, click on Settings (gear icon in the side menu) and then select WhatsApp Accounts in the left panel.

Select your WhatsApp account
You’ll see the list of WhatsApp accounts associated with your business. Find the account you want to configure, click the three-dot icon (⋯) on the right and select Manage account settings.

Add a payment method
In the payments section, click on Add payment method.

Enter your card details
Fill in the following fields:
- Name on the card
- Card number
- Expiration date
- Security code (CVV)

Verify the card
After saving, you may be asked to verify the card (for example with a code sent to your phone or email).

Confirmation
Once the card is approved, it will be active to receive charges corresponding to platform usage.
What to keep in mind
- In some countries only certain card brands may be accepted (for example Visa or Mastercard).
- Keep your billing information correctly updated to avoid interruptions.
