Steps to add the card
Go to the WhatsApp Business panel
Access the panel where you manage your WhatsApp Business account.
Select the account
Identify the account you want to use for payments and click on the 3-dot icon or More options.
Enter your card details
Fill in the following fields:
- Name on the card
- Card number
- Expiration date
- Security code (CVV)
Verify the card
After saving, you may be asked to verify the card (for example with a code sent to your phone or email).
What to keep in mind
- In some countries only certain card brands may be accepted (for example Visa or Mastercard).
- Keep your billing information correctly updated to avoid interruptions.
