Steps to check costs

Access Meta Business Suite

Go to Meta’s business platform at business.facebook.com.

Select the Business Portfolio

Once inside, make sure to select the specific business portfolio (or business account) you want to check.

Navigate to WhatsApp settings

In the menu options, follow this path:
  1. Go to the Accounts section.
  2. In the left panel, select WhatsApp Accounts.
  3. Choose the specific WhatsApp account you want to check by clicking on it.

Open WhatsApp Manager

In the selected account details window, scroll down until you find and click on the WhatsApp Manager option.

Review general metrics (Overview)

Once in WhatsApp Manager, you’ll be in the Overview section. Here you can see:
  • The number of messages delivered per month.
  • The message breakdown by phone number.

Check costs per template (Insights)

If you already have message templates loaded and sent, you can see specific details:
  • Look for the Insights section by message template.
  • In this area you can see the individual costs of each of your templates based on their usage.
To access detailed costs per template, you need to have message templates already sent from your account.
